Terms & Conditions

1. Advertiser will be invoiced monthly, including tax
2. Payment is due within one month of receipt of invoice.
3. As a representative of the Advertiser, you agree to place the Order, and agree to pay the agreed fee plus all bank transfer fees incurred.
4. The Advertiser agrees to waive any right to damages against CPI (Being A Broad parent company) outside the limitation set out above.
5. CPI reserves the right to edit or reject any content deemed inappropriate for publication.
6. Advertiser understands that any discounts given are for long-term placement and therefore, should the Advertiser cancel this Order, Advertiser agrees to pay the full fee for advertisements already received.
7. Should Advertiser need to cancel this Order, cancellation must be received in writing one month before publication (for example, cancellation of an October issue must be received before August 31st, November issue before September 30th, etc.).
