Broad-Minded Business is a job information and placement service that has grown from Being A Broad. We work with employers, recruiters, and candidates in Japan, specialising in:
- finding jobs in Japan for women within companies that will allow them to thrive professionally
- finding qualified, dynamic, internationally-minded female staff for companies.
Our organization specializes in finding jobs for internationally-minded women in Japan. We also assist employers by finding professional, qualified and multi-lingual candidates to fulfill their hiring needs. BMB specializes in working with female candidates, and finding working environments which are supportive of working women’s needs and committed to treating their female employees well, but male candidates are also welcome.
