FREE SUBSCRIPTION TO BEING A BROAD MAGAZINE!

As some of you will know, we’ve been working on the discussion board recently, so that it more accurately reflects your needs. You can see that it has now been organised into four different sections: BAB News, Broad’s Lounge, Surviving & Thriving, and Sayonara. All the same posts are here, but some of the forums have been merged and/or renamed so you don’t need to look through so many of them to find or post what you want.

Now that it’s much easier to use, hopefully there will be a flurry of activity in posting and responding to topics! The discussion board is at its best when we are all there to help each through the challenges and enjoyments of living in Japan! There are currently 590 people registered and over 1000 posts on the discussion board right now, and more people register and post every day. In an effort to encourage more posting, and in recognition of your contribution to the foreign women’s community, we will give a year’s subscription to BAB magazine, to anyone whose Total Posts reach 50! If you are already a subscriber, then we’ll give you a free renewal.

You can see how many times everyone has posted by clicking on ‘Member List’. Tracey, Edlyn, takuya, Flowergirl, and mediatinker — it won’t be long before you get free subscriptions!
