I’m a British girl, living my dream in Japan, working as an English teacher at a conversation school in Hamamatsu.  Previously, I lived in Nagoya for two years, and before that I lived in London for three and a half years, working for a major publishing company.  I want to get back into publishing, here in Japan, and hope to get into writing someday.

When I’m not working, I can be found blogging, or finding something to blog about!  I like to travel around Japan and try to find things that other people sometimes don’t notice.  I like art, sculptures, or just random Japanese things, and I enjoy taking photos of anything and everything!  I want to learn a lot about Japanese culture, and about Japanese language.  I’m currently studying Japanese, and also shuji (calligraphy). 

I hope I can meet up with some more ‘Broads’ in Nagoya, Shizuoka, and around Japan!  I’m thrilled to be a BAB rep, and I hope I can participate actively in the board and in person!
